Pros

Fresh OJ and Cold Brew on Tap

Cons

Inconsistent Payment Chasing Management and Assistants Management Blame Cultural Female Empowerment is for panels, not practice Focused on Status and Huge Range of Verticals, so far none done well. Consistent Senior Management would say the company was broken instead of fixing anything They do not know how to manage in the office, let alone long time employees who have been passed around as problems from one department to another let alone contractors working for a visionary who should be replaced by a CEO, see Sandberg at Facebook. Ego is a huge problem here and there is a cluster at the top to make all the decisions. Employees frequently sue them and it's no wonder why.

Pros

- The people are wonderful, from interns to senior engineers. **(when it gets to executive leadership, it takes a huge nosedive and never resurfaces.)** - Good 401k, PTO and proper work equipment.

Cons

- Bad intentions are hidden behind glittering messages of ethos - Most of the good people left - If you go throw your rose-colored glasses in the trash on day one

Pros

The pay is quite generous. Some people there are knowledgeable. They seem to have a lot of propaganda about being "great" and encourage positive reviewing constantly, but as stated, little to show for it.

Cons

You have to wonder where they get any sort of profit from. There's existing tech already much past this level. There seems to be a lot of people working on nothing or making little progress; even though it is their full-time job, and you would think it is a lot more serious and 'expert' level than a school for example but it's really not. Trouble even getting in, month long period of no contact, then suddenly interest. I was dropped once in the process by this senior guy who claimed I didn't know textbook concepts which I had already tested on and gotten A's in every area.
