Very poorly organized. They do not care about the health of employees. The best thing they did was include me in a massive downsizing in 2020. Since then, I have significantly increased my salary and learned so much more than I did in years of wasting my life at ML. I also now have respect, which is something that is lacking at magic leap.

Dysfunctional organization, incompetent management. Extremely high attrition. Difficult company funding situation. Inadequate tools to do your job (e.g documentation, on boarding training). Lack of good software development practices. No one received promised options, due to a bad valuation situation. Technology at the software side was not state of the art.
