Management listens to you and will sponsor projects to solve issues if you have good proposals. - Management doesn’t micromanage. You get a lot of freedom as long as your deliver results. - Teams are very open and you can work across different projects.
Cons
- It is a start up. So most of the income is from investors. - It is a fast pace environment with constant change. Sometimes projects can get intense. But the overall work life balance has gotten much better. This is not for everyone.
