Backstabbing and sabotaging are common in teams
Pros
Starting salary is high. Can work from home.
Cons
I saw a Manager go mad in staff meeting because one of his/her report said something in annual company wide survey. The manger openly called that person 'coward, did not dare to bring issues to me.' And I also see that manger fire people without any warning or advise. This company constantly fire and rehire few 10% of employee. The internal code base (repos) are very fragmented. You see many repo are being updated for few months and the person got terminated. But you have to make that repo work again. Then you realize they keep firing and hiring people to solve technical problem that should have be solved if the managers knows what they are doing. People here do not help each others. Everybody says their codes work. If it does not work in real world, it is teammates' fault not able to deploy it right, instead of collaboratively finding out what is really wrong.
