      Pros

      great training,good benefits,lots of amazing people to work with,opportunities to travel.

      Cons

      Need better training for management staff. Better recognition for long term employees .How employees are treated has really gone down hill in the last 10 years.

      Cons

      Magna Plants closers in year 2009 one after another shook our retirement future many many years before actual retirement. Transfer of employees to other companies was based upon Buddy system not the Qualification, Knowledge, Skill, Contribution to Magna and Experience or left with worse unwanted choices.

      You make Cars what's not to love? It's nice to be proud to say hey that car over there? I had a hand in helping it get made. Isn't it beautiful. My company made that!
