Disorganized and Unprofessional Treatment of Employees

·Some talented team members. ·Interesting technical work during my short time there.

Cons

· Extremely disorganized hiring and retention process. I went through 3 rounds of interviews and a technical assessment, received positive feedback, and was then let go after only a couple weeks with no constructive feedback. ·No true transparency on performance expectations or reasons for dismissal. ·I’ve also heard from other candidates who were given offers and then ghosted, which points to a broader pattern. ·Creates an unstable and demoralizing environment for employees.

In recent months we have improved our efforts to create comprehensive onboarding plans that outline expectations for employees and hold hiring managers accountable for a positive, thorough learning and training experience. We have added staff to address hiring and onboarding, and are committed to both employee engagement and candidate experience. - The company is growing fast, which means multiple new teammates are onboarded every month - Hard work is required for success - Working hours can sometimes be longer depending on the current stage of your projects
