      Pros

      Worked at R&D location for 6 years. Great group of people to work with. Real family atmosphere. Branch management was on hand and responsive. Immediate PTO and benefits. Flexible schedule and good pay with room to grow and learn.

      Cons

      New ownership has the company in a bit of rebuild and restructure period which has disrupted the direction of the company and left employees questioning the future.

      A lot of hiring Assembly is balance Insurance is okay not the greatest If you want to work couple months then that is great other than not working long term don’t go

      A lot of favor with people. You have to suck up their butt to be favor. Supervisors don’t treat employee correctly and equal. Supervisors treated employee unfairly and fire ppl constantly Constsntly firing to get people to be replace for lower pay wages Never clean and not organized Things on floor all the times Don’t listen to employees suggestions Work like almost a year and they fire people Be warn they like to low ball you Also be perpRe to get fire

      Pros

      Flexible schedule and workers are cooperative. Not really are hard working environment compared to some places I worked before.

      Cons

      The most organized company I've ever seen. Engineer and production workers have never been on the same page and the pay raise is mediocre.
