      Pros

      Good parking, decent coffee, some good people Never a dull moment with the crazy politics. Nice walks on sunny days from building to building.

      Cons

      Don't rock the boat Grudges, favoritism, max 3% raise a year, even when your well below area average. Inconsistent bonuses if and when given.

      Pros

      Good, hard working co-workers. Nice office space, all needed computers, phones, etc. in-place.

      Cons

      Below low on average pay scale for industry. No opportunity for advancement. Poor management, poor training. Constantly combining positions due to other people quitting- too much work for one employee. Instead of fixing problems, the company uses temporary @fixes" to just get by.
