Pros

Have had ample opportunities to receive training when needed. Have had to do some traveling and have been treated to very nice places to stay as well as quick turn around time for payment back on incidentals. Manager has always been there for assistance.

Cons

Tend to run a little lean at some sites with regards to manpower. Need to relax the thought process on being able to work from home under certain circumstances.Trust your worker to do what is expected to get the job done.

Ever changing, and dynamic work conditions. Great growth and potential both professionally and in the VMS world. Vendor neutral which sets the company apart from others who run a similar program. Internal positions and mobility is always available.

Cons

The ever changing environment also creates challenges on the implementation side. Technology is advancing yet has some ways to go. Being connected since many of us are onsite at the client remains challenging.
