Pro's system is top of the line. The only company that is truly Vendor Neutral which gives clients the best solutions to contracted labor needs from just about any skill set

Cons

While they are a national company and can support a clients needs anywhere in the world, they don't have as much presence in all states and will only work with certain types of staffing programs

I been an employee at PRO for over 6 years, which is the longest I have been at any company. I find the work challenging and ever-changing. The management is smart and they work with you to grow professionally. My peers and colleagues are all allies; we reach out and support each other to ensure shared best practices and client satisfaction.

Cons

I think the pay is a bit on the conservative side.

- Career opportunities are abundant and diverse - The people who work for PRO are sincere and follow the values of the company - PRO has grown quickly and the investment in the senior level operational infrastructure has provided more support and stability for the client services teams for increased client satisfaction.

Cons

- No 401K match for staff - Growing fast so we have experienced some pains and uncovered deficiencies that we are working to improve - Medical Benefits are good but not a lot of choices
