      Pros

      Flexibility (remote work, taking paid leaves, etc) - taking leaves have never been an issue as long as you plan it out with the team. Best part is, our manager does not allow us to even glance at an email during PTO. :) Opportunity to grow within company Awesome colleagues - I feel that my work is highly valued and important always. My manager always listens and provides full support. Highly considerable level of Autonomy - would say that the management style is built with trust being the main foundation. I am happy that micro management is not a thing here. My work is valued and I really feel that the team highly respects each other.

      Cons

      Aside from the fact that my colleagues are miles apart and perhaps a bit more work on benefits, I can’t think of any negative experience i have so far.
