      Pros

      In my two years with PRO they have provided me with tremendous career advancement opportunities, inclusive of international experience and exposure. I've found the company treats their employees well and values their hard work. I've referred several people to PRO because I believe so strongly in the culture and opportunities.

      Cons

      As most PRO teams in client services sit onsite at a client, the decentralized model makes sharing best practices or cross training between accounts a bit challenging.

      Pros

      Very friendly. Always made to feel included. Great opportunity for personal growth and career development. Very diverse workforce in terms of employees. No micro-management.

      Cons

      You have to fill out paperwork to request even the simplest of office supplies. People don't make another pot of coffee if they take the last cup.
