      A really exciting place to be a part of!

      Pros

      - Everyone is extremely hardworking and has very high standards for the work they produce - Management all has incredible experience and have collective Oscar's, Emmy's and other various awards - Management is also really open to hearing feedback and working with employees to make sure everyone is comfortable - The projects are really cool and only continue to get bigger and cooler - The company is doing things that are really unique and haven't been done before with VR and AR

      Cons

      - We're running low on space in the office so it's a little tight at the moment

      Glad to hear you've got a positive outlook on things! It's been one of the most challenging times of the company this year, delivering a lot of complex projects on a lot of platforms.       Management is open and interested in employee ideas.

      The building is constantly under construction. Not Magnopus' problem, but still sucks.

      - Fantastic culture - Everyone is extremely helpful & nice - An excellent sense of "team" - Every employee is truly valued

      Cons

      Being a commuter, traveling to downtown LA can be a drag and time-consuming.
