Bad benefits, favoritism, harassment, low pay, nasty people.

Lifestyle company for the Cubans that own it

Pros

Good project teams. Knowledgeable staff with many years of construction management experience. Family atmosphere.

Cons

Poor salaries. No incentive for hard work or savings to the company. Been with MCM for a little over two years and diring my time with them bonuses were pathetic for example, $150 for Christmas. If you're looking for a company to grow and develop as a professional along with feeling appreciated. This is not your place.

Pros

They have competitive salary and employees all get along fairly well. Semi-Laid back atomosphere.

Cons

Not the same company it use to be prior to 2008. Company has become very cut throat and corporate but unfortunately the managers they now have in place have created a disorganization within.
