Lifestyle company for the Cubans that own it

Pros

Good project teams. Knowledgeable staff with many years of construction management experience. Family atmosphere.

Cons

Poor salaries. No incentive for hard work or savings to the company. Been with MCM for a little over two years and diring my time with them bonuses were pathetic for example, $150 for Christmas. If you're looking for a company to grow and develop as a professional along with feeling appreciated. This is not your place.

Pros

Decent pay, alot of work going on in the south florida area. The higher ups have been with the company for a long time.

Cons

Over worked and under paid, not many perks given to employees, not alot of work/social events for employees. Too much turnover. Do not promote from within enough, workers should become foreman, FE to PE, PE to PM doesnt happen as much as it should. They bring in more new people for open positions than promoting from within.
