Pros

They have competitive salary and employees all get along fairly well. Semi-Laid back atomosphere.

Cons

Not the same company it use to be prior to 2008. Company has become very cut throat and corporate but unfortunately the managers they now have in place have created a disorganization within.

Internal structure still in disarray. Trying to become better but keep making the same mistakes. Need to hire qualified personnel
