- work with great people - great product - ambitious goals

- just finished a wave of managing out non performers so some people are spooked - the company transforms itself every two years, that can mean different things for different people

The benefits and company culture really allows me to have a great work/life balance. Although I work remotely, I have never had a problem with expressing my opinions and suggestions. I feel that I am always being heard. The culture facilitates great communication across the company and I am never scared to ask questions or reach out for help, even to employees who work in a separate department.

Cons

No cons at the moment. For me, this is a dream job.
