Mailgun has a 5+ year plan that could position them to do big things. That future vision is what keeps me excited about coming to work every day.

Cons

Mailgun is a relatively small company on a high growth trajectory, so there are some broken processes and some lack of standard operating procedures. Luckily there is a strong team working to make things better every day.

Transparent C-levels, intellectual group of driven people, incredible growth history and trajectory. In the past I have worked at large corporations and start-ups alike, this is the perfect in-between. Everyday validates my decision to work here even more.

Cons

We do not have any office dogs, but don't worry because we do have a cool slack channel where everyone shares their pets.
