I love working here. Every day is a different day. My teammates are amazing and always have my back. My coworkers across the organization have my back. If you see an opportunity it's up to you to prove if you can handle it. If you can then the open road is yours!

Cons

We're growing really fast, trying to keep up with meeting so many people:)

Pros

Mailgun is simply a great company. It is currently emerging from the start up ethos, expanding, codifying, figuring out what it's going to be. It's an exciting journey and I'm grateful to be along for the ride. The people are amazing. The work is challenging. The rewards are awesome. The mentality is to get things done. Improve your abilities; grow and learn. But, Mailgun takes care of its people with great benefits, fun team building outings and happy hours.

Cons

The company is a 24/7 business and there is work to be done. You will be expected to jump right in and perform. That is not necessarily a bad thing, but it can be overwhelming at times. Also, because of this, work/life balance is a juggle depending on what is going on.

Pros

- The people. Everyone here is extremely good at what they do, and excited to share what they are learning/doing. I work with my best friends and coming in to see everyone makes it hardly feel like work. - I have had tremendous opportunity to work on projects outside my role and to move up and over into different positions to do the most good. - Leadership listens. I have never felt unheard and our ideas truly get to steer the company. - Crazy good benefits!

I don't have any cons at the moment, it's a dream job!
