Pros

Solid company with good people. Everyone is working toward common goals without hidden agendas or personal motives. To me this is the most important part of any company culture. Satisfying work, the freedom to bring new ideas, and the ability to deliver those ideas.

Cons

Going through some growing pains after the acquisition but as expected. Getting to know the new parts of the company is interesting and brings with it new opportunities.

Pros

Joining the company has been the best decision I've made for my career. Every day brings a new opportunity to develop skills, take on more responsibility, and grow outside of my comfort zone. You do not come across many inflated egos on Management and C-level staff often. They are honest, see you as a human, allow for autonomy, and encourage making both big and small decisions that impact the success of the company. Culture, perks, and benefits are very good, and the people that work here are what make it such an enjoyable place to work.

Cons

The company could do a better job of connecting with each other outside of the department/team level. Although remote working has many perks, it makes it difficult to build relationships and connections outside of your team (although I don't think this is necessarily our company issue as it's probably something all remote working companies have to deal with).
