Mailgun is growing fast, and is needing to build out processes which takes time. If you join, you'll need to learn to take ownership, and when mistakes happen, learn from it and move on.

The culture is great! Everyone from our developers to the CEO is friendly and welcoming. Leadership really allows you to take initiative to learn and encourages development. You feel valued as a member of the company.
