      Looks attractive until you discover internal practices

      - good benefits - most people/teams are pleasant - work/life balance is good

      Cons

      - dev processes are immature - decisions are made behind closed doors - tech stack is poor - cross-team communication is almost nonexistent - new engineers are more or less ignored during discussions and senior engineers/ team leads’ decisions are carried out even when their arguments are poor

      Pros

      Mailgun is like a Unicorn at hyper growth speed and for a good reason. The company is doing extraordinarily well. It's an awesome journey and I'm excited to be a part of it. It's the people that make Mailgun so amazing and they are hiring top talent. The work is challenging, but rewards are great. Flexible work environment and very ambitious employees. Amazing benefits!

      This company is BY FAR the most collaborative, performative, fun and engaging culture I've had the privilege to work. My colleagues are all A-players and make me better every single day I work with them. This company is filled with smart, talented and hardworking people that are also good humans.
