      Pros

      Main Line Health's vision, mission and values are aligned with my personal goals. They walk the walk in terms of their goal to improve the health of all in the community. Their quest for quality, safety and equity is impressive.

      Cons

      It is a non-profit so overall salaries are less than those of employees in the for-profit sector.

      Quality benefits that you would expect from an organization such as this

      Noncompetitive wages for per-deim nurses who are excluded from bonuses despite a short-staffed unit. Some other staffing policies do not work in the favor of the employee.
