      Pros

      MLHS has many positions available because of their size, and much money can be made in the upper echelons. You have a large HR staff to assist or advocate for you.

      Cons

      There is no employee discount in the cafeterias, making it quite expensive to eat each day if you don't pack your lunch. MLHS loves its formal systems of training and assessment, and beware if you don't "color in the lines." If you're very innovative and creative, unless you're a medical researcher, you'll have trouble in the "box."

      Wonderful staff who worked well together from every department. Always made sure patients were seen right away as they came into the emergency room.
