      Pros

      Coworkers really have each other's backs. Good amount of PTO, pretty good benefits, and there is a pension plan. Most other employees have a commitment to patient care.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Upper management is out of touch with the needs of employees and what jobs entail, and they make decisions that negatively impact patient care and lead to staff burnout. I've seen major turnover lately due to management, as well as people going out on leave due to stress of job.

      Great hours 3-12 hour days and you can pick up extra time on other floors where needed.

      Cons

      Do not do more then required at any cost. Do not do had or touch patient under this job title or else.

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent as long as you stay in the health system - paid time off is accrued per pay period for a total of 30 days

      Cons

      management does not know how to deal with employees. they choose to ignore the bullying that goes on because they don't want to deal with it
