      Simply put, the People. Senior Leadership is engaged with employees often seeking their opinions and taking employees' views into consideration.

      Cons

      Salary - Main Line has to compete with large university health systems in the surrounding areas. However, the benefit plan offered by the organization more than makes up for the salary deficiency.

      Excellent benefits, team dedicated to patient safety, best patient care, employee focused, competitive pay.

      Cons

      Could do a better job of rewarding those who have longevity. I feel that since I have been an employee for many years, the benefits of that are not always congruent with the loyalty displayed by staying with the system for such a long time.
