      Pros

      Salary is reasonable to start, but only because they're desperate for functional employees.

      Cons

      Terrible working environment created by other employees, especially your own "team". Absolutely terrible working environment. Unless you absolutely must work at MaineHealth for some reason, or are just looking for a place to do the absolute minimum, my advice is to keep looking. This operation will beat you down.

      My boss and bosses boss were AMAZING. Super helpful, dedicated to helping the team achieve what they wanted with their career whether that was with maine Health or not. Hours were pretty flexible in my department

      Cons

      Almost every manager beyond basic team managers was a guy. And almost every team manager was a woman.
