      Pros

      I loved the hospital environment and most of the people I worked with were just excellent. Feeling like a true part of the Maine Health community was an added bonus.

      Cons

      There are some policies that are not great for people who may have health issues. The pay is definitely NOT worth the amount of work you are expected to do. And management can be difficult to work with sometimes (not all, but some) and it's hard to feel like you can reach out.

      Pros

      Great benefits and retirement pkgs, competitive pay, offer Tuition assistance, and healthy rewards are great.

      Cons

      A lot of caddy behaviors, constant complaining by staff. Mind you our department hasn’t had a direct manager in over a year.
