      Pros

      The food is alright. Training was decent.

      Cons

      Very low pay. My department was 80% out of state travellers, 90% female. Had no manager for 6 months. Turnover rate is very high. I witnessed 5 10 yr+ employees walk out in 6 months. Mandatory on call nights and weekends, with only 5 people sharing this task. Very dirty hospital. Constantly getting sick and infections.

      Finally a place where I can make a difference. I help identify and fix my own challenges. I now can see what needs to be done and I know how I can succeed.
