      Excellent team of coworkers on the unit.

      Cons

      Less than livable wage, potential of getting seriously injured, benefits aren’t amazing except for dental insurance.

      They waste money on pizza & ice cream parties.

      Cons

      They don’t want your feed back during meetings even though that ask for it. Then when you give it, the take you in the office & now you’re in trouble. I was told to STOP ASKING QUESTIONS. All together. Like. Daily. Stop. It was run like high school. Clicks. Ext. WORST JOB IVE EVER HAD. My review. She was wrong in 1 area AGREED she was wrong, but would NOT CHANGE IT. Would not type anything at the end. I typed on my side. I call HR for my last rate of pay. I ask if I was rehire able. He said it up to what my LAST mgr says to the one that calls. OMG.
