      Great coworkers, sufficient training, clean environment.

      Catty behavior of some of the nursing staff, felt like I was in Jr. High at times.

      -Great peers -If you have a good manager, it's great -The PTO accrual is nice

      Cons

      -The culture is toxic -No work/life balanced, always expected to return emails -DEI is lackluster -Impossible to get promoted -Pay is low

      Poor Staffing, not enough PTO for how hard we work

      Current manager is nice enough.

      Cons

      Poor staffing/not enough staffing to cover if staff is sick. They do not give enough PTO for how often and hard we work. Also, the "paid holidays" that are offered are not actually given to you. The office is closed but they take your hard earned PTO to cover for the days that the office is not open for a holiday. How is that fair?
