      - Great staff with good ratios (1:4 or 1:5) the majority of the time - Always opportunities to move up the career ladder - Unionized nursing staff - Large variety of patient populations / skills

      Cons

      - Typical issues that happen with a large hospital such as intermittent lack of supplies and staffing shortages (but they try to fill these gaps with travelers if not enough staff) - Overcrowding in the ED / overflow onto units
