      Pros

      My department at MaineHealth was one of the good ones. We generally got along and I had fantastic training to succeed in my role. Compensation was in line with industry standards and holidays could be flexed to save PTO.

      Cons

      My department being outsourced has been a double edged sword. I appreciated being employed by MaineHealth and now we're part of a nation-wide for profit company. Albeit with more potential for career growth.
