Pros

Some seriously awesome hardware and people. Never a dull moment. Fun and thrilling. Lots to learn fast and so many insanely talented people to learn from. Very impressive to say the least.

Cons

Management seems to be getting consistently more top down. Witnessed the culture can be toxic and condescending unless your role is somewhat higher.

- Best work culture - everybody is valued - Love the Thursday All hands on lunch presentations - Smartest bunch of people I have met

Cons

Not really a con but the commute is a disadvantage. But well worth it.
