Immature Company

Pros

Good Location, free beverages, benefits are okay

Cons

Upper management is very young, immature thinking. Most managers are just out of college, no real experiences, first job out of school. No direction, no communication. Employees are hung out to dry. Departments do not communicate with each other. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, and policies change daily. Employees are dissatisfied, turn over is constant. Not one women in management or supervisory role.

Lacking direction

Pros

Young company, excellent people to work with, casual, friendly working environment. Lots of room for junior employees to take a leadership role and define their job function.

Cons

Lack of cohesive direction as a company. Must be self-motivated to find SBIR opportunities and go after them in order to advance.
