      Pros

      You have lots of opportunities to bring in your own work by writing proposals. This really is as good or bad as you make it. If you're passionate about your work, you have the opportunity to bring in your own contracts and work on what you love to do.

      Cons

      Can be challenging technically, and you need to be a all around good engineer. You cannot just be good at writing, presenting, coding, hardware, etc. You need to be good all around.

      Not very many pros. I would not work here again. The other employees are good to work with but thats about it.

      Cons

      Not paid enough. Bad management. Upper managment doesn't know what they are doing. No support or care for electrical engineering work. No Freedom.
