      Pros

      I have been working for at Mainstream for a little over a year and a half. I LOVE IT HERE! There are so many good things to say I don't know where to start. Working for a family-owned business can be stressful, but Mainstream strives to keep work fun, yet challenging and rewarding. I come in to work everyday with a positive attitude and a smile on my face. One thing I love about Mainstream is all of my co-workers, everyone treats each other like family and that is hard to come by. I also enjoy the fact that I work in an environment that encourages new ideas and perspectives. They also offer plenty of benefits including 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, Vacation, and Holiday-Pay. Not to mention even more benefits like Holiday Parties, Company Picnics, Beer Friday's, Lunch n Learns, and Free Sodas.

      Pros

      Not very many pros. I would not work here again. The other employees are good to work with but thats about it.

      Cons

      Not paid enough. Bad management. Upper managment doesn't know what they are doing. No support or care for electrical engineering work. No Freedom.
