Not many, laid back I guess, no over time whatsoever
Cons
They advertise this job as electromechanical assembly with the opportunity to work on harder projects for the military and R&D, but that isn't an option. The whole job is literally just putting labels on cans used to refill AC with freon or putting EPA tests in shrink wrap. There's no assembly and no potential for upward mobility.
