      Glad they gave me a chance with no experience, but not given any resources to excell or grow.

      Cons

      Very unequal work division, you can take on as much work as you want, or do as litter, and it would not matter.

      - Excellent salary - Compensatory time for salaried employees - Good employer-sponsored healthcare plan - Laid back company culture - Some very cool engineering R&D projects - Opportunities to work on cutting-edge technology - Excellent location

      - Experience for engineers varies vastly by engineering group - EE group went through upheaval during my time there, resulting in very lacking management - Very little oversight, guidance or feedback given to new junior engineers - Very disorganized onboarding process - Company does not provide adequate support to transition late-stage EE R&D projects to production/manufacturing - Production/manufacturing department was fairly disorganized during my time there; I think that may have changed a bit since
