      • Friendly employees to work with • Supervisor always helpful in time of need • Relaxing work environment

      Cons

      • Some of the work can be challenging but can be done with helpful advice from peers • I only worked there on contract and wished to stay longer

      Pros

      Been working for Mainstream for almost 4 years. Family comes first and the employees here are an extension of that family. See projects from start to finish (proposal writing, R&D, prototyping, testing and production) all in house.

      Cons

      Need to continue learning to stay up with all the new technology coming in the door. If you don't know a operation/process/product you need to learn it and learn it fast.
