Management Team are very, very weak. The morning 'stand up' where employees are humiliated, is awful. Employees have been forced to provide 'positive' Glassdoor Reviews and more recently all employees forced to complete a 'book review' on Amazon on 'Doing More with Less'. Size Zero Enterprise is a joke - especially when it doesn't apply to Executive Management. Staff turnover is extreme and HR failed every single employee. Once you resign, you are treated like a leper - and management twist and concoct all kinds of allegations against you. The way they conduct themselves can only be described as gross misconduct. The company initially Devon was excited about it - now word of mouth - they have been blacklisted by the majority of recruitment companies and have a terrible local reputation. Notorious as bad payers - suppliers, experts and will only pay when legal proceedings are threatened. Shareholders and Investors are misled, which are all well known in the media. The sinking ship.

Treat people like dogs. The CEO has no social skills and his side kick wife, is no better, although she can turn on the charm when required. Look at how many CFOs they have had. Doesn't that tell you something?? Generally staff turn over is high. Management did well out of sale of shares before they plummeted to almost nothing. Coincidence?? If you want to get on by sucking up and back stabbing blur is the place for you. Truly the worse place I have worked.
