Major League Baseball (MLB) reviews

Toxic work environment. Turned away when trying to complain about harassment and office bullying in the bay area offices. Would never recommend.

To put simply: it was like being in high school. Management would tell you one thing, then go to other people and say something else. No one was ever straight forward with you and they were completely unwilling to help if you needed it. Aside from that, the company itself refuses to give people FT positions. Everything is part time and from what I've learned from my colleagues, you have to be there for years before they even consider giving you a full time position. There's also no room for growth either.
