Pros
MakeSpace is an extremely caring and flexible place to work. Upper management genuinely cares about your feedback, well being, and growth at the company. I was given a raise/small promotion after working there only 4 months. My manger is available to meet with me whenever I have questions or things to discuss. Lots of incentive for working hard with contests and uncapped commission. And PTO in the first year is something I had not experienced before. I highly recommend working at MakeSpace
