MakeSpace is definitely a safe place to focus on your own professional development and leadership is very good at aligning your personal goals with the goals of the company. - The leadership team is seasoned and has a clear vision! The recent partnership with IRM has strategically positioned to disrupt the self and full-service storage markets. Who wouldn't want to be apart of the next startup come up story? - The pay and benefits are competitive for the startup world with annual and quarterly performance reviews. - Work-life balance is very important to everyone at MakeSpace. Leaders are flexible about working from home, vacation time, and even running minute errands during the workday (assuming you keep up with your deliverables).
Cons
- HQ is in the financial district so commuting can be a challenge depending on where you are coming from. - Because MakeSpace is a startup, the company has not matured enough to offer benefits like a 401k, yet!
