It's going to take some time for them to get it together
Pros
The best part of working at MakeSpace is that the majority of people there are really great - kind, committed, fun, etc. The direct management is committed to professional growth. I believe in the company mission and potential so think that they'll be successful
Cons
The company is so committed to growth that they pushed acquisition beyond the capabilities of what the operations team can execute while maintaining a quality service. The drop in quality resulted in a backlash of customer's with negative experiences. Quality service comes second to growth. So being on the Customer Experience team puts you on the receiving end of the customer's (rightfully had) aggression. Overall, I feel like entry-level employee happiness isn't really a priority. It seems like there's no real sense of urgency it creating a better work experience
