Working within a new company has its challenges with change, quick growth and pressure to perform. Ability to accept challenges with an optimistic outlook is a must.

The hotel employees I was most impressed with. Their leadership and teamwork was the reason you came to work daily not the management company.

Great benefits, good pay, down to earth people and culture

Cons

No communication, email based management and leadership, too much salaried turnover and changes of direction, no operating procedures or accountability with hourly employees. Very loose overall.
