Lots of travel and challenge as they are always short of people due to turnover. Turnover due to they do not care about employees.

Cons

They could care less about you as an employee. I got sick. Had all types of medical documentation and was fired. So all they want are bodies in slots. /skill matters none.

Do not expect to be in your area. you will travel away from home every week. Do Not expect to be rewarded for hard work. Back stabbing from managers and HR. Lord help you if you go into a company that is hazardous to your health. They will not let you know.
