very welcoming, passionate about the business, huge knowledge base and opportunity

hesitant toward change, very quiet, too much distance between depts. working toward the same goals.

Pros

Good pay and the travel can be cool sometimes. The coworkers are pretty cool

Cons

The travel gets ridiculous especially when you don't know where you will be the next week until Friday. The supervisors are incompetent and very knit picky especially with new employees, some are better than others it's just the luck of the draw. If you have a bachelors in engineering I would not reccomnend this job because it is more suited for a mechanic who went to a trade school compared to a college grad. It is largely a physical job and does not involve much analysis or use of a college degree.
