      Pros

      Very friendly people work here that are always willing to help. From the cafeteria to accounting you can expect great peole.

      Cons

      Some employees call it the "country club" because of the lack of motivation at times. Makino is positioned so well that they will be able to do well without working to hard.

      In general, the company likes to retain people and financially healthy. They like to move/transfer employees around tin order to equip the employees with more skills.

      Cons

      1. The policy keep changing without any advance notice. 2. Promotion is based more on 'visibility' rather than result. 3. It is MNC company with SME (Small Medium Enterprises) style of management.

      Pros

      Lots of travel and challenge as they are always short of people due to turnover. Turnover due to they do not care about employees.

      Cons

      They could care less about you as an employee. I got sick. Had all types of medical documentation and was fired. So all they want are bodies in slots. /skill matters none.
