I can't think of anything positive about my employment experience at this company.
Cons
Software pay is not great when compared to other employers in the area. Machine control and analytical product is incredibly dated, looks like something made in the early 2000s because it is, which is quite a lot of tech debt that still hasn't been addressed.(Like using 32bit applications in 2024) Severely lacking in innovation to stay up to date with the full manufacturing autonomy that the rest of the industry is heading towards. My direct leadership was very micromanaging and belittling. Whole company functions like an old boys club as well with HR, they will always side with senior management and will allow your own managers to baselessly retaliate against you. Apply at your own risk.
